Meet our Team

Donal is a Systemic Psychotherapist with an MSc from UCD in conjunction with the Mater Hospital Dublin. He has worked with children and adults in the healthcare field since 2009 after completing his psychology degree in DBS. Donal has experience working in adult primary care for the HSE with clients presenting with mild to moderate mental health difficulties; low-cost psychotherapy centres and residential care where people attending experienced anxiety, depression and general difficulties in their life including the workplace or at home.

Donal’s main area of interest is working with families, children, and couples across a wide area of issues some of which are listed above. Donal’s approach is collaborative in sessions, allowing the client time and space to acknowledge they are the experts in their own lives. Donal has been with Centric Mental Health since 2018 and holds a Team Lead role within the company supporting other clinicians, he also provides clinical governance support.

Louise qualified with a Bachelor of Arts in 2013 from Glyndwr University in Wales.  She works within the field of psychotherapy in Centric Mental Health.  Her experience has included working as a therapist across an array of charitable counselling services, the HSE, Irish Kidney Association, Irish Prison services and family therapy as a counsellor for students at NUI, Maynooth.

She specialises in culturally inclusive counselling, in particular the traveller community, at the Traveller Counselling Service in Dublin.

Louise has a great passion for the work and theoretical approach of psychoanalysis.  Trained within Person Centred Therapy she guides the client to discover/unearth and process their presenting issue or issues, gradually moving toward the best possible solution for the client.
