Reach Out To Spectrum Mental Health Today For Phone Or Online Therapy
At Spectrum Mental Health our psychologists and psychotherapists provide confidential care, support and guidance to people struggling with a mental health issue, or who are experiencing difficulties in their day-to-day life.
We recognise that each person is an individual with their own unique set of circumstances and guarantee an appropriate and clinically sound approach to care. Get in touch today by phone, email or filling out the form on the right to make an appointment. Our team will find the most suitably qualified professional in a clinic location that suits you.
Spectrum Mental Health is part of the Spectrum Health Group, the largest nationwide provider of allied health services.
Due to the high demand for Spectrum Mental Health sessions a cancellation fee of 50% will apply for less than 48 hours cancellation notice and a cancellation fee of 100% may apply for less than 24 hours cancellation notice or non attendance. Please note, due to a long waiting list, repeated cancellations may result in the loss of a space being held in a clinician’s diary. Your first session is an intake session where your therapist will develop a treatment plan and will outline to you the expected number of sessions to be booked. Our research indicates that after 3 sessions the majority of our clients report an improvement.
Please note Spectrum Mental Health is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis and there is risk of harm to yourself please contact Pieta House at 1800247247, Samaritans at 116123 or, if possible, make an appointment with your GP. Alternatively, if there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others please contact the emergency services at 112.
Anyone over the age of 18 who wishes to engage with the service will need to make contact themselves in order to schedule any initial sessions. Due to the nature of our services and need for consent and confidentiality we are unfortunately unable to schedule sessions for a person acting on another’s behalf (e.g. a partner, parent, friend etc).
