Relationships Clinic

Relationships go through different phases over the course of their existence, with some of these phases bringing more challenges than others. At times relationships can feel fractured and conflicted, with arguments and distance replacing previous feelings of intimacy and support.

The causes of relationship difficulties can be wide ranging, with factors that include stress regarding either (or both) partners’ families, work stress, disagreements regarding parenting, one or both partners not feeling valued or appreciated, infidelity, addiction, and mental health difficulties being among the most commonly seen.

Other relationships like those with family members, friends and work colleagues can also be a source of stress in one’s life, and it is important to acknowledge this and get support if you feel your relationships are affecting your mental health in a negative way.

Our Relationships Clinic

Therapeutic intervention has been proven to be significantly effective in helping individuals to work through difficulties within their relationships with their partner, family members, or other key people in their life.

Through individual therapy, you will work with your therapist to understand your own position within these relationships in your own life.

Our Relationships Clinic also provides specialised couples counselling that is tailored to helping people work through their issues in a healthy and productive way.

We have a team of fully registered and highly experienced therapists that specialise in treating relationship difficulties, and can provide both individual and couples counselling, either online or in-person.
