What Are Anger problems?
Anger is a natural emotion that is expressed by everyone. Losing your cool every once in awhile doesn’t mean you necessarily have an anger management problem; however it is a problem when ti continues long term or if you use anger to respond to most situations. Uncontrollable anger can sometimes impair our judgement and thinking and make us more likely to make irrational decisions. This can lead to serious problems in relationships, at work, physical health, insomnia, hypertension, quality of life, emotional and mental problems like depression, alcohol abuse or substance abuse.
Common Symptoms include:

Increased heart rate and blood pressure
