Una’s Experience
Una works from an integrative approach using a combination of different therapeutic approaches including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Choice Therapy.
Throughout her career, she has worked with range of presenting issues including: Anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, life/work balance, abuse, relationship issues, grief & loss, obsessional thinking, self-esteem and work-related issues.
Una believes through the safety of a consistent therapeutic relationship change can occur and self-esteem built to empower clients to live a fuller life.
Una’s Qualifications & Education
With over 8 years clinical experience, Una qualified in 2015 with a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Roehampton University in London. She also has a diploma in cognitive beheavioural therapy and is a certified life coach. Una has worked in varied therapeutic settings including mental health charities in educational and community settings as well as private practice and treatment centres. She is also experienced in group work and couples therapy.
