In 2021, after more than a decade of close collaboration with us, Centric Health invested in Spectrum Mental Health and became majority shareholder. Deirdre McGill, Psychotherapist, IACP
Deirdre McGill is an IACP registered psychotherapist with 10 year’s experience working as a counsellor and therapist to both individuals and adults. Deirdre focuses on a client-centred approach, and supports her clients in integrating coping skills to deal with their difficulties into their daily life. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, the impact of abuse and violence, self-esteem, and work-life balance.
