Her approach to psychotherapy is primarily psychoanalytic, however, she recognises that every client is unique and works to provide sessions which are tailored and based on the individual. This approach aims to help clients understand and resolve their difficulties by increasing self-awareness and recognising their own influence over relationships and experiences both past and present. Through this understanding, the client can develop a stronger sense of well-being and a deeper sense of self.
