Terms & Conditions – Workshops

 

  1. Centric Mental Health (SMH) will exercise due skill, care and diligence in the performance of the workshop and ensure that at all times it has sufficient suitable, appropriately qualified and trained personnel to perform the Services.
  2. In order to purchase the Workshop you must
    1. Email [email protected] to agree a date and format (Online or Onsite)
    2. Then provide the required information and pay the amount specified online. You must ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate.
  3. By purchasing this workshop you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  4. Following receipt by us of your order for the workshop via the Website you will receive an email receipt of your order. 24 hrs in advance of the course we will be in contact via the email provide with access details.
  5. Cancellations
  • No refund or adjustment will be made in the event of a cancellation of a programme or event after the commencement of same.
  • For cancellation within 2 business days of the programme start date or event, 75% of the agreed programme or event value will be charged. This may include any mental health expert’s travel, accommodation and daily expenses which cannot be recovered.
  • For cancellation within 3 to 7 business days of the programme start date or event, 50% of the agreed programme or event value will be charged.
  • For cancellation within 8 to 20 business days of the programme start date or event, 25% of the agreed programme or event value will be charged.
  • No cancellation fee will be charged if programme is changed more than 20 prior to scheduled event date.
  1. SMH reserves the right to cancel and or postpone a workshop due to insufficient enrolment. Such decisions will be made at least 4 days before the scheduled course date. Registrants will be notified via email; SMH will make every effort to avoid cancellations. In case of a cancellation you will have the choice of registering for the next course date or receiving a refund for the full course fee.
  2. SMH and / or the Mental Health Expert shall maintain policies of insurance including, but not limited to, the following policies with the levels of cover (for any one event or series of events) set out opposite the policy below:
    1. Public Liability: €6,500,000
    2. Employers Liability: €13,000,000
    3. Professional Indemnity between €6,500,000 to €2,500,000 (depending on service).
