Clinical Experience and Approach: 

Clinical Experience – Louise qualified with a Bachelor of Arts in 2013 from Glyndwr University in Wales. Louise has been working within the field of psychotherapy for the past 10 years providing 1:1, and online counselling sessions. Louise is trained within Person Centred Therapy; this allows the client to discover/unearth and process their presenting issue or issues gradually moving toward the best possible solution for the client.

Louise also specializes in cultural inclusive counselling, in particular the traveller community in which she has amassed a vast amount of knowledge and experience while working with the Traveller Counselling Service in Phibsborough, Dublin 7. Louise also has a great passion for the work and theoretical approach of psychoanalysis.

Over the past 10 years Louise has developed her own private practise, mainly contracting for different charitable counselling services, and contracted for the HSE and Irish Kidney Association. Louise has also gained experience within Prison services and family therapy and was the counsellor for students within NUI Maynooth.
