Louise’s Experience
Louise is an accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP), gaining her Masters in Psychotherapy in 2014. She has worked in a number of counselling centres as well as in private practice with a wide variety of clients and presenting conditions.
She has a collaborative and empathetic approach to help clients develop a greater sense of self-awareness and create change and growth in their lives.
Louise recognises that various aspects of life impact on mental health and how anxiety or trauma can manifest in multiple ways within the mind and body. Louise uses a variety of techniques with clients to connect cognitive, emotional and body sensations in order to help them manage and alleviate their mental health issues.
