Qualification & Education
Kate Musiol is a qualified psychologist. She obtained her master’s degree at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland. She is a member of the PSI (Psychological Society of Ireland) and she attends regular supervision as part of her ethical commitment to her work. For the last five years, she has attended various courses and training and professional development is at the core of Kate’s practice.
Kate uses an integrative approach, which means she combines elements of CBT, psychodynamic therapy and schema therapy, depending on the needs of her clients and the difficulties they are struggling with. Kate works with people of all ages and backgrounds and aims to provide a confidential and comfortable space in which anyone can speak freely about their thoughts and problems. She perceives the alliance between client and therapist as a key factor in the therapeutic process, and aims to facilitate a safe and confidential space for self-exploration and change.
