Kasia is a fully accredited counsellor and psychotherapist who has been working with adults and teens (16+) in her private practice for over 15 years.
She works within an integrative approach to psychotherapy and uses a unique blend of talking therapy, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation tools to help her clients build their emotional resilience, create thriving relationships with others and better cope with life challenges and transitions.
Kasia is passionate about providing her clients with a safe space where they can explore whatever is on their minds and hearts while feeling held and supported. In this space, they can better understand and let go of unhealthy and limiting patterns that have been holding them back and start to discover their true strengths and more authentic ways of showing up in the world.
Kasia uses breathing exercises, guided meditations, and a range of self-care and self-compassion practices, to help her clients integrate cognitive, emotional and somatic experiences in order to create lasting and sustainable change they deeply long for.
