Jessica Keye’s Qualifications & Education
Jessica is an experienced integrative psychotherapist and an accredited member of The Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). She completed a B.A (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy with the Institute on Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Jessica Keye’s Experience
Jessica has several years’ experience, working with a diverse range of clients, providing counselling and psychotherapy support to teens (16+) and adults. She has supported clients experiencing a variety of difficulties and issues such as depression, addiction and anxiety in a compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment. She has further training in the areas of addiction and suicide.
Jessica’s theoretical background is based on a humanistic, client centred and collaborative approach. She draws on a variety of evidence based therapeutic frameworks such as existential, rational emotive behaviour (REBT) and solution focused therapy. She works with clients to explore their deeper issues, which can assist with understanding blocks or difficulties. Jessica believes that each client is a unique individual and works collaboratively to suit their own specific needs.
Jessica uses a holistic and compassionate approach to develop and establish a therapeutic relationship built on empathy compassion, equity and trust ensuring the client feels safe to explore any challenges that they are experiencing.
