Dr Nolan’s Experience
Jenny has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including HSE primary care centres, oncology support services, and the City of Dublin Education and Training Board (CDETB).
Jenny acknowledges the importance of providing evidence-based, holistic, and empathetic care at every life stage to facilitate individuals in making informed choices about their mental health and wellbeing in a warm, safe, and nurturing environment.
Holding the philosophy that the client-therapist relationship, kindness, and curiosity are at the heart of the therapeutic process, Jenny works from a humanistic perspective incorporating Sensorimotor, Existential and Psychodynamic principles. Jenny recognises and values the unique nature and circumstances of each person and offers a space to listen to and meet you wherever you are, at this time in your life.
Dr. Nolan’s Qualifications & Education
Jenny is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). She completed a B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Psychology in IADT and subsequently continued her professional training at Trinity College Dublin where she attained a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology. Jenny has also completed Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Trauma Training.
