Jack’s Experience
Jack is a registered Psychotherapist with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) awaiting Certification. Jack gained his BSc in Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy from The Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute, Nottingham, UK. He has 4 years of clinical experience through a number of counselling centres in Ireland and the UK as well as his own private practice. Jack has experience with a diverse range of clients and presenting conditions.
Jack’s practice is based on an Integrative, developmental and relational approach and he draws upon and integrates theories and frameworks including Person-Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis as well as other Developmental and Trauma-Informed frameworks theoretically grounded in Neuroscience and Attachment research.
Ultimately, Jack focuses on creating a non-judgmental, confidential, and compassionate space in which you can expect support and containment as you begin to explore your inner and outer worlds both past and present, fostering personal development and self-awareness with the aim of creating the change you seek.
