Eva’s Experience
Eva has been based in a medical centre since graduating. Here, she has provided individual therapy to adults with different mental health issues such as anxiety disorders and depression. She also works with bereavement, self-esteem issues and life challenges. Eva has a special interest in the effects of chronic illness on individuals and family members.
In her work Eva uses an Integrative approach that is based in Client Centred Therapy with elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Gestalt Therapy.
Eva’s Qualifications & Education
Eva is a Counselling Psychologist and a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from University College Dublin (UCD) and then went on to complete a Research Master’s in Psychology, also in UCD.
Eva then continued her professional training in Trinity College Dublin (TCD) where she obtained a M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology. She has also completed a Diploma course in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and attended workshops on the topic of bereavement.
