Free, Confidential And Easily Accessible Care

We can provide unlimited 24/7 access for your employees, their spouse or partner and any dependents over the age of 16 still living at home to a free telephone help line manned by fully qualified and experienced counsellors. Employees can also reach the EAP counselling team via email, live chat, video counselling or through our EAP App. No matter where they are, we can respond to their mental health needs at any time.

Completely free and confidential for users, the EAP can provide help and information to anyone with a specific query or concern, and support anyone struggling with a mild to moderate mental health issue. Our EAP team can help with concerns, including:
