Deirdre has over 8 years’ experience as a therapist and counsellor, working with both adults and couples. Her client centred approach supports those she works with integrate coping skills into their life to deal with their current difficulties. She focuses on assertiveness, communication in relationships, grounding exercises for anxiety, developing self-worth, self-confidence and self-esteem. She also has experience supporting clients around the impact of abuse or violence.

Deirdre is an accredited psychotherapist with a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University and a Dip in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College.
