It’s important to have resources and plans in place, in the case that a critical incident does occur and affect the wellbeing of one employee, a team, or even the whole organisation.
A critical incident in the workplace can involve an unexpected or potentially traumatic event which encompasses some form of loss, injury, violence or death.
