Our Clinics Protocols
As well as online sessions, we are offering face-to-face appointments which follow strict Covid 19 protocols.
While this continues to be a challenging time and many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to delivering the highest quality care and support in a safe environment. Providing face-to-face counselling requires the implementation of a number of new protocols to ensure both your own and our clinicians safety. We ask clients who are concerned they have been exposed to Covid 19 or have be asked to self-isolate or quarantine to attend online sessions until the required timeframes have passed.
Our online counselling services continues to be very well received with over 70% of our clients moving over to this service and 90% staying with online for at least 2 sessions or more.
Whatever version of our service suits you our experienced team are here to support you either in clinic or through our online services.
We look forward to seeing our clients in clinic and are happy to answer any questions you may have about our safety plan to keep you, and every client, safe.

COVID-19 Face-To-Face FAQs
In the interest of public health we would ask clients that have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or have been instructed to self-isolate or quarantine to not attend for face to face sessions until the required timeframe as instructed by the HSE has passed. Appointments booked for face to face sessions can be easily changed to online or phone sessions. If there is a diagnosis or instruction to quarantine within a 48-hour timeframe after a session we would ask that you please advise the Centric Mental Health booking team so that we are aware from contract tracing point of view. Where required the clinician concerned will be advised in line with our privacy policy.
If you have any Covid 19 symptoms, please do not enter any clinics for both our clinican and client welfare. You can avail of online counselling instead.
Yes, our online appointments are available as an option with all our clinicians.
