Carole has worked as a Systemic Family Psychotherapist for the past 5 years. Prior to this she was a community worker in the UK, specialising in the area of family and children. Carole has worked with agencies such as Barnardos and St. John of Gods. As well as working with Spectrum Mental Health in the Novara Centre, Carole is a family therapist in Spirasi, the National Centre for survivors of torture. She has a variety clinical experience such as One in Four and community-based family pyschotherapy services. She works to support clients to reflect on their presenting issue(s) and challenges in a relational and collaborative context and if revisiting the past to be able to do so in a present, safe and supported way.
Qualifications & Education
B.A Hons, H.Dip Psych, MSc. Systemic Psychotherapy.
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: Level 1 (a specialist training in trauma and developmental trauma)
P/G Play Family Therapy (advanced component in child development, mindfulness-based family play therapy).
